Mpisane was born in Durban to a wealthy Durban tycoon, Sbu Mpisane (father) and Shawn Mpisane (mother).
She has a younger brother, a younger sister and an older sister.
She also studied at the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
She grew up battling about her body, She dedicated herself to fitness in October 2014.
Mpisane is the creator of the personal training and Bootcamp program, FitnessBunnie.

Sbahle Mpisane Car Accident
Sbahle Mpisane got involved in a car accident on August 9, 2018. Her car hit a light pole and crashed into a tree at the Yacht Mall near the Victoria Embankment.
She was admitted at Netcare Augustine’s Hospital and had been in the Intensive care unit. She opened her eyes six days after the car crash.
