Jux was born September 1, 1989, in Dar es Saleaam, Tanzania.
Career
Jux began doing music at the age of 16 as a rap artist. He joined the group “Wakacha” in 2008, which comprises of the likes of Cyril Kamikaze and Nigga Flo.
He went on solo where he worked with A.M record label and also delved into RnB music. He came through with his first RnB single titled “Nimedata” as produced by Manecky.
He came to the limelight for his hit song “Sugua” featuring Diamond Platnumz. He is also known for his amazing collaboration with Vanessa Mdee on “Juu” and also “Regina” featuring Otile Brown.
He trleased his debut album “The Love Album” in 2019. The album comprises of 18 songs. He also released another album in 2022 titled “King of Hearts” which has 16 songs.

Jux was in a relationship with the Tanzanian singer Vanessa Mdee for six years before they parted ways in 2019 due to accusations of infidelity. While in the relationship the two went on tour together across the region and also released several singles.
