Charles Victor ‘Chuck’ Magro (born 1971) is a Canadian business executive. He became known as the former CEO and president of Nutrien. He has held top positions with the likes of International Fertilizer Association and Business Council of Canada.

Early Life
Chuck Magro was born in 1971. He obtained a bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and MBA from the University of Windsor.
Career
Magro worked at Nova Chemicals before he moved to Agrium in 2009 where he served as the vice president of the manufacturing till 2012. He worked as Chief Risk Officer of the company in 2012 and later became the Chief Operating Officer in 2013.
Agrium merged with PotashCorp to form Nutrien in January 2018 and Magro became the CEO.
Aside Nutrien, Chuck Magro held top positions with the likes of International fertilizer Association, International Plant Nutrition Institute, Business Council of Canada and so on.
However, Magro resigned as CEO of Nutrien in April 2021 and was succeeded by Mayo Schmidt
