Career
Goncalo Ramos began his football career at the youth level with Olhanense before he moved to Loule.
He joined the Benfica youth team in 2013 and made his debut for the reserve team on January 13, 2019.
He made his debut for the Benfica senior team in a 4-0 win against Desportivo des Aves where he came on as a substitute for Pizzi at the 84th minute.
He had his breakthrough in the 2022-23 season where he scored a hat-trick in a 4-1 home win against Midtjylland in the first leg of the 2022-23 UEFA Champions league third qualifying round.
Ramos has represented Portugal at the under-17, under-18, under-19, and under-21 levels before he was called up to the senior team for the match against Czech Republic and Spain at the UEFA Nations League.
