Arnold became known as a contestant on the ninth season of So You Think You Can Dance. She got eliminated after proceeding to the top eight dancers partnered with Jakob Karr, and Alex Wong. She performed on the show’s 30-City tour, after the season.
She became a professional dancer on season 16 of the reality television series Dancing with the Stars. She was partnered with Victor Ortiz and they finished in 8th place.
She came back in season 17 as a member of the dance troupe, of which she continued through season 20.
She made it to the finals in season 21 and was eliminated in the semifinals in season 22. She finished third in season 23. She finished 7th place in season 27.
