Lunathi Mampofu (born March 7, 1987) is a South African actress and singer. She came to prominence for her role as Zikhona in the South African drama series, Ingozi. She also gained more exposure as Benni in the South African telenovela, The Queen.

Early life
Lunathi Mampofu was born on March 7, 1987 in Cape Town, South Africa. She was raised alongside her two brothers, Oros Mampofu and Mkhokheli Prince Mampofu who are twins by their parents, Nosabata and Patrick Mampofu.
She had both her primary and secondary education in Cape town and attended South African School of Motion Picture Medium and Live Performance (AFDA). She also went to the the New York Film Academy.
Career
Lunathi started her career in secondary school while taking part on different activities.
She travelled to New York and while studying over there, she starred in several student movies like Shack Attack, Umthandazo and Rising Light. She returned to South Africa in 2016 and made her first appearance in an episode of the South African drama series, Isikizi.
Some of her other notable movies and TV series include; Look before you leap, Almost Maine, The Good Man, The River and so on.
Aside acting, she has appeared in numerous commercials for top brands like Discovery Insurance and Glen Tea. She also worked as a casting director for Gersh Studios in Los Angeles, California.
