Linda Mtoba was born on November 11, 1991 in Umlazi, South Africa. She grew up with her younger brother in Durban where she also had both her primary and secondary education.. She lost her father at the age of 13 and was been cared for by her mother, Celiwe alongside her step father.
She majored on Marketing Management at higher institution and had also enrolled in acting courses to develop her acting skills.
