Obama Dmw was born on January 29 in Lagos, Nigeria. His father passed away in March 2021.
He obtained a degree in Mechanical Engineering at the Lagos State University. He also relocated to Canada to obtain another degree in Artist Management.

He is the founder of Obama Music Worldwide, an affiliate brand to Davido Music Worldwide with the mission to promote upcoming artists.
He is also an artist manager. He signed the fast rising act, Ayanfe to his record label in 2020. Ayanfe released singles such as Ori Mi and Focus under the label.
