Blue Thandi Thambo was born on December 17 alongside her twin sister, Brown Mbombo. Both have an elder brother and father who is half-Portuguese.
Her name ‘Azul” means “Blue” in Portuguese. She was encouraged by her father to learn the English language.
Career
Blue Mbombo became influential at a very tender age. She first became a brand influencer for the Lux brand and featured as a brand ambassador for New Look Hair Salon in a magazine in 2004.
She has also modeled for several brands across the country.
She eventually rose to fame for her appearance on the reality show, Diski Divas.
