
Energetic and Vibrant group, Kabusa Oriental Choir is group of Nigerian singers which comprises of four young men namely; Austin, Victor, Ransom and Ozoma.
Kabusa Oriental Choir are known for doing covers of popular songs both Nigeria and abroad in their own unique way.
So How Did They Meet?
Austin met Ransom through an online challenge he started on Instagram.
Ransom on the other hand is a producer who makes beat and releases it for different artistes to freestyle on it.
Ransom had put out a beat in 2018 and dared artistes to write a song to it.
Austin won the challenge and was invited over to the studio where he met with Victor and Ozoma who were also an artiste.
Later, they became close and started working together, hence the group was formed.
How Did They Formed The Name Kabusa Oriental Choir?
The four of them started with a cover to Kizz Daniel’s “Yeba” and “Baba” song which came out to be very hilarious.
They needed a name to be called but wanted to be more classy and also match the local Naija choir theme they created, so hence the name ‘Kabusa’ which was the name of the studio they got the songs recorded.

Apart from cover to Kizz Daniel’s songs, Kabusa Oriental Choir have also done covers of songs such as; ‘Lady’ by Rema, ‘Beginning’ by Joeboy, ‘Case’ by Teni, ‘Yummy’ by Justin Bieber, ‘Umbrella’ by Rihanna and so on.
Achievements
Kabusa Oriental Choir have been able to perform at big events and even get legendary music producer, Don Jazzy to feature in their videos.
They have done lots of commercials for top brands like Airtel and Beloxxi Crackers ‘Biscuit’.
